    Indulge in perfect pairings and the art of wine experiences at Grand View Lodge's de'Vine Wine and Culinary Weekend. Friday kicks off with exclusive wine dinners hosted by renowned winemakers and influential guests, each paired with sumptuous creations from our chefs. Saturday brings sessions with winemakers sharing their expertise and the coveted Grand Tasting. Book your place at our shared table - we'd love to serve you!

      4 - 7 pm | Welcome Reception & Class Sign-up (Norway Center)
      Sign up for classes, learn about our weekend events and enjoy wine samplings and small bites.

      5 - 7 pm | The VIP Experience | $60+pp (Norway Center - Oak)
      Elevate your evening with an intimate session designed for the true wine enthusiast. We'll go "behind the label" by engaging one-on-one with renowned winemakers to hear the stories and artistry that define every bottle. 

      Explore signature pours complemented by a selection of gourmet appetizers. It's the ultimate upgrade for those seeking a deeper connection to the vine and a more personal look at the craft.

      Start your day with a burst of vitality and fun at The Juice Sommelier Experience. This unique wellness workshop brings together the art of juice crafting and the sensory delights of wine tasting in a refreshing, health-conscious way. Whether you're a red wine connoisseur or love the crisp taste of whites, we've got the perfect juice for you.

      During this interactive experience, learn about the health benefits of juicing and discover how various ingredients can support your well-being. Like a wine tasting, sample thoughtfully crafted juices that mimic the boldness of red wines, the crispness of whites and the fruity sweetness of dessert wines—all designed to nourish and delight.

      Lunch paired with wine by Johnson Brothers: Local Greens, Smoked Cheddar Cheese, Marinated Tomatoes, Shaved Radish and Zetsy-lemon Herb Vinaigrette | Savory Wild Mushroom Soup and Rustic Artisan Bread | S'mores Brownie with Chocolate Sauce. Doors close at 11 am and lunch is promptly served at 11 am. $25pp for guests not on de'Vine package.

      Together, we will embark on a tasting journey across the most iconic wine regions of France. The experience features a selection of five distinct wines - from Champagne to Burgundy to Bordeaux - showcasing the unique characteristics and winemaking traditions of each area. You will gain insight into the diverse terroirs, grape varieties, and rich history that make French wines among the most celebrated in the world.

      Learn how terroir (the natural environment in which a particular wine is produced, including soil, topography and climate) plays a pivotal roll in grape production and wine making.

Taste world-class wines that sing of their terroir—a vivid marriage of maritime fog, rugged gravel and sand. Discover how three generations of heritage are captured in every bottle.

      2-2:45 pm | A Walk Through the Willamette and Beyond (Gull Lake Center - Itasca)
      Presented by Bill Hanson, Certified Wine Educator, Stoller Wine Group
      Join us for a guided tour of Oregon's beautiful wine country. We'll explore the region's geology, geography and fascinating 60-year history, while tasting delicious wines from one of the wine world's most exciting and rapidly rising regions.

      2-2:45 pm | Three European Escapes and the Wines That Tell Their Stories (Gull Lake Center - Lake Margaret)
      Pack your curiosity for travel, history and delicious discovery as we explore three unforgettable European destinations. In this lively and story-filled presentation by sommelier Jason Kallsen of Twin Cities Wine Education, we will uncover regions where great wine, rich culture and genuine affordability go hand in hand. Expect insider tips on what to drink, what to eat, what to see and how to experience these wonderful places, all while tasting wines that capture the spirit of each stop. If you love travel and the kind of stories that make a place come alive in your glass, this is your passport to adventure.

Through a thoughtfully selected lineup of wines, discover how each region's terroir influences the grape varieties that flourish there and the wine-making choices that bring their character to life. From coastal fog and cooling winds to sun-drenched valleys and rolling hillsides, this experience celebrates the harmony between land, climate and craftsmanship that defines California wine at its finest.
