Cru, in French, is a vineyard of exceptional quality. It derives its meaning from a wine-making term that translates as “growth.” As a restaurant, Cru draws inspiration from this word in everything we do. We give classic and comforting foods a worldly flare. We combine seasonal and fresh ingredients in creative ways to excite the palate. We pour wines and craft cocktails that are like comfortable old friends, warming to the spirit but never pretentious. Our wine bar and dining room is an intimate setting where time and place may slip away, where one might imagine they are in the cellar of a French vineyard. In everything we do, we seek the highest quality, while always growing, innovating, and evolving as a restaurant.
