This winter, Grand View Lodge invites you to step beyond the traditional dining room and into an immersive kitchen-stage where cuisine becomes performance. Our Chefs’ Series Dinner will showcase a Michelin-inspired multi-course experience, crafted as both art and flavor exploration.

For one evening only, five of our Grand View Lodge chefs will collaborate live, merging techniques, inspiration, and unexpected combinations to create a tasting journey unlike any we’ve hosted before. Each course is designed to provoke the senses—aroma, texture, presentation, and taste—resulting in a culinary multi-sensory performance you’ll savor in the moment and remember long after.

A Preview of the Experience
The menu blends imaginative elegance with playful surprise: Earthy Morel and White Truffle, elevated Langoustine Shrimp Toast, decadent Wagyu with Inspired Mustard Seed, and a whimsical crescendo of Chocolate Pearls and Sweet “Gift” Finale. Every element dramatizes flavor and invites curiosity.
