First — Focaccia Crostini
Burrata, apple mostarda, fennel pollen, Maldon salt and chervil
Wine Pairings Poggio Costa Prosecco
Second — Butternut Squash Arancini
Calabrian lemon aioli, pumpkin seed pesto, Parmigiano Reggiano and parsley
Insalata — Spiced Delicata Squash Salad
Candied pecans, chili oil, diced pear, pecorino cheese and mint
Entrée — Pork Ossobuco
Creamy polenta, roasted mushroom medley, toasted pine nuts and gremolata
Dessert — Olive Oil Cake
Blood orange marmalade, sweetened whipped mascarpone and fresh basil

First & Second Courses Poggio Costa Prosecco
Clean, delightful & fruit forward. Not a typical style of Prosecco, A little more chalky, earthy,
floral than other Prosecco.
Third Course Selbach Riesling
Light-bodied with vibrant, piercing acidity and minimal residual sugar that
straddles the dry and of-fdry line
Fourth Course Renzo Masi Chianti
Bright red cherry, ripe plum, raspberry and floral aromas. Medium-bodied with
smooth tannins, crisp acidity, and a clean, dry fni ish.
Fifth Course Barone De Ley Semi Dulce
Semi-sweet white wine known for fresh acidity and subtle fruit. Clean, bright
and transparent wine.

About Guest Chef Jennifer Selvaggi
Chef Jennifer Selvaggi’s culinary career is rooted in Italian food and family tradition. A Kendall College graduate, her experience has taken her from Chicago’s Lou Malnati’s to Verona, Italy, where she studied pasta making with Giovanni Rana.
Today, she serves as Senior Corporate Chef for Hormel Foodservice and brings her creativity, Italian heritage and culinary expertise to Italian Gardens for this special final dinner of the season.
