Chef Molly is the chef-owner of Molly's in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota. She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and has honed her skills in some of the most cherished kitchens in the Twin Cities. Notable establishments include Lucia's and La Belle Vie. This experience informs her cooking style, which is warm, soulful, and deeply local. The evening will commence at 5 PM with a cash bar, providing a chance to unwind before dinner. At 6 PM, guests will enjoy a meticulously crafted menu reflecting Chef Molly's culinary ethos. The cost for this exclusive experience is $90 per person. Wine pairings are available for an additional $60, and mocktails can be enjoyed for $40.
