Grand View Lodge is Growing

Cote Family Destinations has announced that they are investing $30 million to expand its three current properties Grand View Lodge Spa and Golf Resort,
Tanque Verde Ranch, and Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert. Already underway with plans to open in time for peak season summer visitors in 2019 is the new 60-room boutique hotel which will be named North. A new recreation center, Northpark, is tracking for an early 2019 opening and will bring new activities to the already robust programming available at Grand View. A 1,200-square-foot wedding chapel is already underway and will be the first new building to open to guests in July 2018.

Near completion, bringing even more lodging opportunities for resort guests, two distinct new residential communities are already being constructed and will be sold as Resort Rental Ownership—Fairway Pines and the Garden Cottages.  Additionally, plans to expand Glacial Waters Spa have also been confirmed. The expansion will include eight new treatment rooms, a year-round Japanese soaking pool, and adding more space to the women’s locker room and relaxation area.

We are excited to take the feedback from our guests over the years and implement a plan for a more desirable experience that will continue to make Grand View Lodge the most awarded resort in the state!
