Grand View Lodge Executive Chef Justin Grecco has built a remarkable career in the Twin Cities dining scene, forging lasting friendships with some of Minnesota's most talented chefs. This upcoming event will highlight these chef collaborations, featuring culinary masters who have a long history together to deliver exceptional, one-of-a-kind dining experiences. Leading the charge for this event is Chef Lenny Russo.

Lenny Russo's career as a chef has spanned over 45 years including almost 15 years as the chef and proprietor of Saint Paul's acclaimed Heartland Restaurant. He is a six-time finalist nominee for the James Beard Award Best Chef and the author of Heartland: Farm-Forward Dishes from the Great Midwest. After closing Heartland at end of 2016, Chef Russo has spent time lecturing, teaching and working as an independent food & beverage consultant. When not engaged in those and other pursuits, he may be found most days at the Kowalski's Wine Shop on Grand Avenue in Saint Paul where he advises guests on food & beverage pairings and all things imbibable.
