Our April event shows tribute to one of the newest trends in home craft alchemy. To serve those who want to follow the distillery trend, we crafted a weekend of fun-filled activities and educational features. Our Distilled: Art of the Cocktail Weekend has the best vendors catering to the craft of distilling. It is the best place you can experience an array of Minnesota’s finest cocktails.
Start the weekend with dinner and paired cocktails for an additional fee. Professional mixologists will create your beverages, telling why they chose the mix and how it compliments your meal. Following dinner, dance your way downstairs in our Main Lodge to listen to live music at the Northwoods Pub.
All day Saturday, emerge yourself in the world of distilleries with the ones who know it best. WCCO’s Jason DeRusha of “DeRusha Eats” will be your host on this excursion to sip, taste, sample and of course, relax. Meet the distillers of these incredible libations and the artists behind the butcher blocks. Cap the evening with a Grand Tasting where you can surf a room full of unique pours and find your favorite tastes. This ‘award-winning’ two night and three-day experience is like no other in the state and is a worthy journey for your taste buds!
