What’s Cookin’ at Grand View Lodge: Asian Blackberry Sauce

The slightly sweet and spicy Asian Blackberry Sauce is perfect for grilled meats or to drizzle over fresh greens to help add flavor. The sauce is simple and easy to make consisting of sweet chili sauce, honey, blackberries, sesame oil, grated ginger, cilantro, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce. The soy sauce and sweet chili help to add a spicy Asian flair to any dish.

We feature whole edamame with Asian blackberry sauce on our Distilled Grand Tasting menu. Edamame beans are whole, immature soybeans that are high in protein. The edamame is sautéed and coated in the sticky Asian blackberry sauce and are a delicious appetizer.

Try the recipe yourself and add the perfect and nutritional starter to your meal.

Skip the hassle and join us for our Distilled event and try our chef created sauce yourself. Distilled features cocktails, spirits, and our very own culinary creations. Day tickets are available for April 6 and include culinary classes during the day and our Grand Tasting starting at 6 pm. Tickets are $70 per person. Experience the finest local distilled spirits!
