Grand View Lodge is excited to announce a brand-new weekend unlike any other we have done before. Hint—Cajun food, jazz music, purple and yellow beads, and fun for everybody! That’s right—MARDI GRAS. During the last weekend in February, join us for a fun-packed Mardi Gras weekend right here at Grand View Lodge. We will have all the fun of Mardi Gras: Cajun-style cuisine, Mardi Gras activities, music, a Mardi Gras stroll, and more! You and your family and friends will not want to miss this unique and exciting weekend.
Fun-packed weekend
Grand View Lodge’s newest Mardi Gras weekend is one you won’t want to miss. Exclusively for Mardi Gras weekend, we have organized and created an action-packed schedule of fun and exciting Mardi Gras events. The festivities kick off on Friday with a Cajun-themed beer dinner. Grand View Lodge and Beaver Island Brewing out of St. Cloud have teamed up to put on a delectable four-course dinner, each course paired with a unique and delicious local beer. Our beer dinners sell out fast, so be sure to sign up early! On Saturday morning, start your day off right, and head down to our New Orleans-enhanced Grand Breakfast Buffet (included in your stay!) Our breakfast buffet, one of the largest and best in Minnesota, will only be better with grits, gumbo, and more! After fueling up for the fun day ahead, take part in our inaugural Mardi Gras stroll-run, a fun one-mile long race sure to be filled with competition and lots of laughs (adult beverages provided). Throughout the weekend, enjoy Mardi Gras-themed activities such as a photo booth, live music, mask making, themed horse-drawn wagon rides, and more!
