We are excited to announce a new neighborhood at Grand View Lodge, the Fairway Pines Cottages. The Fairway Pines Cottages can be purchased as a vacation rental ownership. They will have panoramic golf views of the Lakes Nine at the 27-hole award-winning Pines Golf Course. Feel at home the moment you step in the door.
These craftsman-style homes embrace simplicity, handiwork, and natural materials. Walking up the cottages, an open porch with overhanging beams and rafters offer the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and listen to the surrounding wildlife.
These cottages will feature 20 craftsman-style two-, three-, or four-bedroom vacation homes. Other upgrades available for the three-bedroom unit includes a half bath on the main floor, upgrade to the wood railings, a fireplace in the screened porch, upgrade trim with wainscoting, vaulted great room with paneling, and an upgrade to wood floors on the main level. The neighborhood will feature an outdoor pool and a 100-yard putting course.

Our owners also have access to sign up for all of the activities offered daily. The facility features a 110-foot water slide with connecting swimming pools. We also have 2,500 feet of natural sand beach on Gull Lake and Roy Lake, a game room, and a fitness center.
As an owner, you have unlimited access to the home during the off-season and can use it up to 42 days during the summer. The remainder of the time, the cottage will take part of our Grand View Lodge rental program.
Ownership at Grand View Lodge is not a timeshare. The building and lot are individually owned, and the surrounding “common area” is maintained by the Association or Grand View Lodge.
Owners pay for utilities and insurance directly. Phone, internet, cable, association dues and association insurance are deduced from your owner’s revenue each month. Maintenance, housekeeping (for owner stays), deep cleaning, and carpet cleaning fees are deducted in the month that the services are rendered.
