Book your meeting now! As Grand View Lodge celebrates its 100th Anniversary, we are always looking at having more groups visit our pristine property. We have always held a strong tradition of providing companies a destination for meetings and teambuilding. And during our off-season, it can be a great time to get away and enjoy the facility during a time of year that is quieter and more meeting focused.
In celebration of 100 years of business, we have a special offer for groups that are looking at an off-site meeting. During the months of November – April, each meeting attendee will receive a $100 Grand View gift card. Per example, if your group has 40 people—you would receive (40) $100 gift cards for their individual use. This offer is good for groups of 10 or more attendees, and must be a minimum two nights, and excludes weekends.
Attendees can use the gift card on any Grand View Lodge merchandise or services; including dining at any of our restaurants, services at the Glacial Waters Spa or a souvenir from the gift shop.The gift card does not expire upon check out and attendees can use the card if they choose to make a future reservation with friends or family. As a coordinator, if you choose to just have this total credit amount applied to the group stay, we will also honor that.
Groups at Grand View Lodge receive premium lodging in the single and multi-bedroom cabins. During the off-season there are more options. If teambuilding is important to you and you want to keep your group together, you can utilize the spacious multi-bedroom cabins with shared living space; kitchen, living room and dining space. If you want to give your team their own space, utilize the single bedroom units with the benefit of keeping your group close together but still retaining a private setting.
Included are three meals a day from our highly awarded culinary team led by Executive Chef Mike Manders. Grand View can work with a variety of tastes and also provide a variety of environments, be it formal or causal, that suits the needs of your group.
Meeting rooms include an LCD projector and projection screen along with a flip chart and wired microphone, along with breaks and refreshments. The Conference Service team, led by Event Services Manager Jeff Mongoven, will provide the highest level of service for your group.
There is also a variety of activities that will add to your meeting experience; including, ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling along with others. We also have teambuilding events for you. Grand View has found that some friendly competition between groups sparks an energy that may have been lost in the office. Have your employees compete to design the best bridge out of cardboard that can a hold a golf cart, or have them challenge each other on paddleboards on the lake, the call is yours.
