My Spa Escape 3 hours - price varies Customize your resort spa experience with your own selection of services. You’ll receive 10% off when you choose three or more 60 or 90 minute spa services in a day. (Services must be performed in the same day and must equal at least 3 hours to be considered a package.) Need help choosing the best services for you? We are happy to help you customize your visit to create the perfect spa experience.
Spa Parties Let us create a memorable spa party or corporate event for your group! Spa groups are the perfect way to socialize, relax, and connect. We’ll help you design the perfect mood, drawing from our menu of full session and shorter, concentrated spa salon services. Treat your guests to something special with custom-designed spa gift bags and favors.
Spa Groups are extremely popular and should be scheduled well in advance to ensure the best selection of dates and times. Exclusive use of the entire resort spa facility is available.
Spa Group guests can also stay overnight at The Historic Grand View Lodge. Our Gull Lake Center is a premier venue for your conference or special event of any size.

To reserve any Glacial Waters Spa services, simply fill out the form below and press the Submit button. One of our reservations staff will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your appointment. (Requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.)
We recommend making your spa reservations as early as possible to ensure your desired services and times are available. Weekend, holiday and summer reservations do fill quickly.
Spa Cancellation Policy: Credit card or room reservation # is required to hold all spa reservations. The spa requires 24 hours notice on all cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to the service time, you will be charged 50% of the price of the service. If you cancel within 6 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full price of the service. HOW TO SPA
Spa Questions and Answers Your comfort and ease are important to receiving the greatest benefits from your resort spa experience. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions. We are happy to provide you with the information you need to make your spa experience relaxing and soothing.
Arrive Early Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first appointment in order to change into your robe, complete paperwork and relax before services. Massage and Body Treatment guests wishing to shower prior to services, please allow enough time. If you would like to steam or sauna, plan to arrive an hour before your first scheduled appointment.
What to Wear Unless you are leaving the spa to go out for the evening, wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. Lockers, plush robes, sandals, towels, amenities and hair dryers are provided.
Disrobing Please disrobe to your comfort level. Traditionally, most resort spa services are done wearing no clothing. All of our service providers are highly trained professionals who will cover and drape you to ensure your privacy.
Pregnancy Please inform the front desk when making your reservations and your service providers the day of your services if you are pregnant so we can customize your service for you and your baby.
Food & Drink We provide beverages and a healthy spa snack in our relaxation room.
Gratuities Gratuities are not included in the service fee. If you have had a wonderful experience, feel free to leave gratuities for your service providers. If you are not sure how much to tip, our front desk staff will be happy to provide guidance on gratuity standards.
Medical Conditions Upon arrival at the spa, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. Please note any medical conditions on this form. Your service provider will review the form with you, prior to your service, to determine appropriate service modifications. Please let the spa know when booking your services if you have significant medical conditions it would be beneficial to be aware of in advance. If you have any concerns about whether you should have any service, please check with your physician prior to booking your services.
Age Restrictions We encourage our young guests to receive spa services; we simply ask that a parent or guardian sign a release for guests under the age of 18. An adult must accompany our guests under the age of 16 for the entire time of their stay at the spa.
Gender Preference Please inform us if you have a gender preference for your therapist when making your reservations. Please note that this might limit the availability of your service.
