Appointments

 To reserve any Glacial Waters Spa services, simply fill out the form below and press the Submit button. One of our reservations staff will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your appointment. (Requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.)

We recommend making your spa reservations as early as possible to ensure your desired services and times are available. Weekend, holiday and summer reservations do fill quickly.

Spa Cancellation Policy: Credit card or room reservation # is required to hold all spa reservations. The spa requires 24 hours notice on all cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to the service time, you will be charged 50% of the price of the service. If you cancel the day of or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full price of the service.
