Minnesota’s Best Resort for Kids

Going on vacation can be especially stressful when you have a family. At Grand View Lodge, we understand that sometimes parents need a little escape from the family vacation, so that’s why we have developed and offer several exciting children’s programs available to parents nine hours a day. Parents may leave their children (ages 3-11) in the care of our dedicated Kid’s Club staff and enjoy time alone or pursuing their own activities.

Our Kid’s Club Program is available Monday-Saturday throughout the summer from 9am-3pm and offers different themed days such as Jungle Day, Sports Day or Science Day. For example on Water Works Day, the kids will participate interactive activities such as water color painting, sand castle building, beach fun, besides a trip to the Nisswa Waterslide. Lunch is included and served between noon and 1:00 pm. Click here to see our weekly Kid’s Club Schedule.

Our Kid’s Night Out Program is available Monday-Saturday 6:00pm-9:30pm and also offers different themed nights like Nature Night, which includes rock painting and a bonfire with s’mores. Dinner is also served during Kid’s Night Out. Click here to see our weekly Kid’s Night Out Schedule.

Your children will enjoy their stay filled with games, arts and crafts, adventures, fun and most of all, “being unplugged!” Learning along with nature and exploring their time in Minnesota’s lakes and woods, children enjoy discovering our environment and getting to know other children during their stay. All activities are age-appropriate. We do recommend that you pre-register, or register day of arrival. Additional fees may apply. All children must be potty trained.
