At Grand View Lodge we are committed to the “Growth of the Game of Golf”. We offer a variety of options for beginner golfers as well as more advanced golfers who just want to improve a portion of their game.

Our goal is to help individuals improve their golf game and make playing golf more enjoyable. In the last 9 years more than 6,500 golfers have improved their game through our extensive instruction program. We offer a wide variety of instruction options including: private lessons, lesson series, semi-private, short game classes, junior program and GVL guest clinics. So whether you are a beginner or have been playing for years, our instruction program can improve your game.

Guest Clinics

At Grand View Lodge we offer daily clinics for beginners, short game and juniors at 9:30 & 10:30 (Monday - Saturday) for our guests. The clinics are offered from Memorial Day through Labor Day. For more information, sign up and costs, please see the recreation table in the Lodge lobby or call the Pines pro shop at 218.963.8755.

Club Fitting Available

We offer custom fittings for irons, drivers and putters at Grand View Lodge. Properly fit equipment is critical to success in golf. For new golfers and women, we offer the Square 2 line of clubs and for our more advanced players we offer the Ping fitting system. Club fitting is available for $60 per hour. Please contact our pro shop for a fitting.

Grand View Lodge Golf Academy

Grand View Lodge offers a wonderful learning experience with a wide array of options. Allow us to build a custom golf school to fit the needs of you and your friends. Choose 1-4 days, add rounds of golf at The Pines, The Preserve, or Deacon's Lodge, meals, and save some time for a visit to Glacial Waters Spa. Let us know the experience your are looking for and we will design a school to fit your desires.
