Manage the Homeowner’s Associations, working closely with the Board of Directors of each Association. Provide budgeting and oversight for the Owner Services/Managed Property Department.

• Be the main point of contact for managed property real estate showings and inquiries, rental management agreement inquiries, and new rental management agreement preparation and coordination.

Room Preps are responsible for preparing a guest unit after checkout for the housekeeping team to clean.
